Even though it looks a bit like a desert, this canyon and its surroundings are actually very green with a lot of pine trees and living animals like chipmunks!

This National Park, in southern Utah, is known for its red hoodoos. Those spires are rocks shaped by ice and water over the last million years.

This lake is actually the Colorado River on a very large scale. I went swimming there, the water was really refreshing after crossing the desert.

Outside of the Antelope Canyon, is a desert. No tree to be seen around, no shadow, no water, nothing. There is only a road going to city few miles away and... me.

The name of this canyon comes from the antelopes that used to come down there to drink water after the rain.
